Please keep in mind this is not my fulltime job but just something I do when I have time :)

MY TERMS OF SERVICE

BY COMMISSIONING ME YOU ARE AGREEING TO MY TOS
I reserve the rights to modify TOS and Prices at any moment
PAYMENT
I accept payments through Paypal and Bank transfer, a fee will be added if choosing to pay with paypal.The payment can be dived in 2-5 monthly payments, with a initial 30% downpayment that CANNOT be refunded for any reason.
I will not ship the suit until the suit has been fully paid.If the payment can't be done a certain month, the payment plan can be changed according to the buyer's need, but if I do not recieve payments in less than 3 months the commission will be cancelled (WITH COMUNICATION). If there is no comunication for over 2 months the commission will be cancelled and no refunds will be given.Refunds:
I will accept partial refunds if the commission still isn't started, but will not refund the inital 30%.
In case of refund during the construction it goes case by case, but generally no more than 50% will be refunded.THE PROCESS
You can reach out to me on telegram (preferred) or instagram, once I give you an initial quote (shipping not included) you can decide if you want to go ahead with the commission and you need to send the 30% downpayment within the first week, otherwise I will not hold down the slot for you.For the quote a digital reference is needed, with at least front and back view.
After the downpayment I will buy the materials needed, all colors are decided with the client and once they are decided they can't be changed, if chosen to do so it will result in an additional fee.I take around 3-4 months to complete a suit, I could take longer since I am a uni student, please do not rush. I will send updates whenever I have some.SHIPPING
I do NOT cover any shipping costs, and they are not included in the price, they can vary from 20 to 40 eur in the EU, but can be more if shipped oversea, I am not responsible for any importing fee.
Once the suit is shipped, I am not responsible and won't refund in case of lost packages.
In person pickups can be done in local furmeets or convention.ALLERGIES
I have 2 dogs and it is possible the materials come in contact with their fur, I do not recommend commissioning me if you are allergic to dogs.
It is the costumer responsibility to inform me of any allergy they may have. Some of the (but not the only) materials I work with: faux fur, lycra, foam, hot glue, cotton fabrics.WARRANTY
I do offer free small repairs on the suit, but won't be paying shipping.
Please take care of the suit, do not pull ears, antlers, horns, or anything else.
I do not offer repairs if used in NSFW contexts.
Brush the fur often and use fursuit spray after every use.WARNING
Fursuits are handmade and can come with "errors" like visible seams and asimmetry, but it is part of the craft, I try my best to make the suit as best as I can but I'm not a machine.Fursuits can be very hot and are not to be worn for a long period of time, when suiting remember to drink water and take breaks, I am not responsible for any issues caused by irresponsible usage of the fursuitUpdated: 28/08/2024
